Each MRK instrument is a one-off custom build.

Specifications are agreed before the deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Changes requested after the deposit may affect the final price and lead time.

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

The Owner is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or external factors.

5. Warranty

MRK guitars include:

2-year full warranty

Lifetime warranty on structural/build defects

The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by incorrect setup

humidity or temperature issues

accidents, drops or improper use

normal wear (frets, finish, hardware)

6. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping available

The Owner is not responsible for courier delays

Import taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility

If the customer declines insurance, shipping risk is theirs

7. Liability

The Owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or issues caused by misuse of the instrument.
